 ye d’Alspach a servi de centre religieux et spirituel important dans la 
 région. L'abbaye a prospéré pendant plusieurs siècles\, devenant un li
 eu de prière\, de travail et d'enseignement. Avec le temps\, l'abbaye a s
 ubi plusieurs transformations et a été progressivement abandonnée. Au X
 IXe siècle\, les bâtiments monastiques ont été convertis en une usine 
 à papier\, une transition qui reflète les changements économiques et in
